Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services must maintain a publicly available online directory of opioid antagonist distributors in consultation with the Department of Health

Directory must include pharmacies, prevention programs, and not-for-profits that distribute naloxone or other Department of Health-approved opioid antagonists

Directory must be searchable by distributor addresses, contact information, services offered, special populations served, insurance providers accepted, hours of operation, and addiction prevention program contacts

Office may utilize an existing directory to meet these requirements

Act takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with authority to adopt necessary rules and regulations immediately upon enactment
