Authorizes the Town of Babylon assessor to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Long Island Teen Challenge, a not-for-profit corporation, for the 2018-2019 assessment roll.

Applies exemption to a portion of 2018-2019 school taxes and 2019 general taxes for the parcel located at 1185 Sunrise Highway, Copiague (Suffolk County tax map district 0100, section 200.00, block 01.00, lot 003.002).

Permits the exemption application to be reviewed as if it had been timely filed by the taxable status date, subject to assessor approval by the Town of Babylon board.

Requires the assessor to grant the exemption and make corrections to the assessment rolls if the corporation would otherwise qualify under section 420-a of the real property tax law.

Takes effect immediately.
