Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to permit cemetery corporations to contract with third-party vendors to create and maintain websites for selling lots, plots, mausoleum spaces, and related services.

Allows third-party vendors to charge a single fixed fee per transaction through the website, provided the fee is not dependent on or related to the value of the lot, goods, or services being sold.

Maintains existing prohibitions on unlawful resale of cemetery lots and the payment of commissions, bonuses, rebates, or other compensation related to cemetery lot sales.

Establishes that violations of these provisions constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500 or up to six months imprisonment, or both, with each violation counted as a separate offense.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
