Amends section 906 of the not-for-profit corporation law to correct a cross-reference from paragraph (c) to paragraph (b) of section 907 regarding service of process on surviving or consolidated foreign corporations.

Amends section 12 of the religious corporations law to remove references to section 511-a of the not-for-profit corporation law, clarifying that religious corporations must obtain court or attorney general approval for real property transactions under section 511 as modified by section 2-b.

Allows religious corporations to execute purchase money mortgages or purchase money security agreements for personal property without obtaining court approval.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
