Amends Insurance Law Section 2352 to allow insurers to establish multiple rating programs within the same company for commercial insurance policies subject to sections 3425 or 3426.

Each rating program applies only to policies newly written between the program's effective date and the next approved program's effective date.

If an insurer terminates a rating program, policies under that program must be renewed under a subsequently approved rating program.

Requires that provisions of Insurance Law sections 3425(f) and 2349(b) be applied separately to each applicable rating program.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
