Requires owners, lessees, managing agents, and other persons with rights to publicly-assisted housing accommodations to disclose tenants' rights to request reasonable modifications and accommodations for disabilities in writing within thirty days of tenancy or thirty days from the law's effective date for current tenants.

Mandates conspicuous posting of disability accommodation rights disclosures on every vacant publicly-assisted housing accommodation available for rent, in form and manner prescribed by regulation.

Extends the same disclosure requirements to all housing accommodations (not limited to publicly-assisted), requiring written disclosure and conspicuous posting on vacant units in form and manner prescribed by regulation.

Authorizes the division to prescribe the form and manner of all required disclosures by regulation.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law.
