Prohibits employers from coercing employees to attend employer-sponsored meetings or listen to communications where the primary purpose is to communicate the employer's opinion on religious or political matters.

Defines "political matters" to include elections, political parties, legislation, regulation, and decisions to join or support political or civic organizations.

Defines "religious matters" to include religious affiliation, practice, and decisions to join or support religious organizations or associations.

Exempts legally required employer communications, job-duty-related information, higher education coursework and academic programs, casual voluntary conversations, and communications limited to managerial and supervisory employees.

Exempts religious corporations, entities, and educational institutions exempt under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act from restrictions on religious speech to employees performing work connected to the organization's religious activities.

Requires employers to post a notice informing employees of their rights under this section in all workplace locations where employee notices are normally posted.
