Amends Election Law Section 7-202 to require voting machines to reject ballots cast for candidates who withdrew prior to the election but whose names remain on the ballot, effective January 1, 2021.

Voting machines must provide notice to voters when a ballot is rejected, including the name of the withdrawn candidate and a statement that a new ballot must be completed.

Authorizes the State Board of Elections to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement these ballot rejection procedures.

Takes effect January 1, 2021, with authority for the State Board of Elections to adopt necessary rules immediately to prepare for implementation.
