Department of State must conduct a study examining legislative studies completed over the past five years

Study must evaluate total state costs for these studies, including expenses paid to study conductors

Study must determine how many legislative studies failed to produce required reports or deliverables

Study must count how many study recommendations became bills, laws, rules, or regulations

Department of State must submit findings report to the Governor, Senate Temporary President, and Assembly Speaker within one year of the act's effective date
