Authorizes the towns of Lorraine and Worth in Jefferson County to abolish their existing separate town justice positions and elect a single town justice to serve both municipalities.

Requires that both towns have completed a study with adopted joint resolutions, conducted public hearings on findings, and adopted a plan before implementation.

The single town justice elected under this plan shall begin service following the next general election in the towns and serve for the elected term.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
