Amends Executive Law Section 353, Subdivision 24 to require local veterans' service agencies to provide information annually to the Division of Veterans' Services rather than the Division maintaining it independently.

Requires each county and city veterans' service agency to submit their name, location, hours of operation, and contact information to the Division on an annual basis.

Mandates the Division include this local veterans' service agency information in its annual report to the governor and legislature.

Takes effect on the same date as the related legislation (S.2405/A.4413) that established the listing requirements for county and city veterans' service agencies.
