Establishes a 4-H agriculture technology challenge administered by the Department of Agriculture and Markets in conjunction with Cornell Cooperative Extension associations and local FIRST robotics programs.

Challenge engages rural students to develop solutions to technological problems faced by farmers and food producers, including increasing food production while addressing environmental impacts.

Department of Agriculture and Markets shall establish a planning team to train local coaches assisting rural students in challenge participation.

Planning team develops deadlines, parameters, and judging criteria for agriculture technology challenge submissions.

Planning team establishes prizes for winning submissions, subject to appropriations.
