Amends Civil Practice Law and Rules section 214-g to extend the filing period for civil claims arising from child sexual abuse from one year to two years and six months after the effective date of this section.

Revives previously barred claims involving sexual offenses, incest, or child sexual performance that expired due to statute of limitations or failure to file a notice of claim before the effective date.

Applies to claims alleging intentional or negligent acts causing physical, psychological, or other injury resulting from conduct constituting sexual offenses under Penal Law Article 130, incest under sections 255.25-255.27, or child sexual performance under section 263.05 committed against children under eighteen years old.

Permits affirmative defenses available under Penal Law sections 130.30 and 130.45 and prohibits dismissal of revival actions based on prior dismissals for being time-barred or for failure to file notice of claim.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
