Expands retirement eligibility under section 89-s of the Retirement and Social Security Law to include police medics, police medic supervisors, and members performing police medic related services in the Nassau County Police Department, in addition to existing ambulance medical technician positions.

Allows police medics and related personnel in Nassau County to retire without regard to age after completing 25 years of creditable service, as an alternative to other retirement plan provisions.

Adds police medic titles to section 445 requirements, permitting retirement upon completion of 20 or 25 years of credited service depending on the specific retirement plan, consistent with ambulance medical technician provisions.

Extends accidental disability retirement provisions under section 605-e to police medics, police medic supervisors, and police medic coordinators in Nassau County, matching benefits available to ambulance medical technician personnel.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment with no past service costs or increases to Nassau County's annual pension contributions.
