Requires boards of elections in counties with more than one required early voting polling place to designate at least one State University of New York university or community college campus with 2,500+ undergraduate students as an early voting location.

Makes additional discretionary funding available to counties that designate more than one SUNY campus as an early voting polling place for at least three consecutive weekdays during the early voting period.

Makes additional discretionary funding available to counties with only one required early voting location if they voluntarily designate any SUNY campus as an additional early voting polling place for at least three consecutive weekdays.

Modifies existing early voting polling place requirements in Section 8-600 of the election law to incorporate these university campus designations while maintaining existing access and equity standards.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
