Amends Education Law Section 6808 to add new supervision requirements for wholesalers and manufacturers of medical gases and respiratory therapy agents.

Allows wholesalers who do not repack to designate a supervisor with a minimum of two years of post-secondary education and at least two years of experience in manufacturing, repacking, and/or wholesaling of drugs, subject to state board of pharmacy approval.

Requires establishments that manufacture and repack compressed medical gases and/or wholesale respiratory therapy agents to ensure supervisory personnel have the education, training, and experience necessary to guarantee drug products maintain required safety, identity, strength, and purity standards.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
