Requires boards of elections to copy electronically rendered images of all cast ballots from memory cards or electronic media within one week after an election.

Makes copied electronic ballot images public records available upon request to the board of elections.

Maintains existing provisions allowing examination of electronic media information by court order or legislative committees investigating contested elections.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
