Requires health care providers to report diagnoses of asthma or other respiratory diseases for which rescue inhaler treatment is prescribed to the statewide immunization information system for persons under nineteen years of age, effective January 1, 2021.

Allows schools, child care facilities, preschools, and overnight or day camps to access asthma and respiratory disease diagnosis information from the immunization registry for enrolled children.

Permits individuals, parents, guardians, local health districts, health care providers, schools, WIC programs, and third party payers to access asthma or respiratory disease diagnoses and rescue inhaler treatment information from the system.

Defines "health care provider" to include persons authorized to diagnose asthma or other respiratory disease for which rescue inhaler treatment is prescribed by a health care provider licensed under education law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
