Empire State Development must develop and maintain a list of state agency and public authority programs available to assist small businesses with 50 or fewer employees.

Every state agency and public authority must submit to Empire State Development a list of their small business assistance programs, including descriptions and contact information, within 180 days of the law's effective date and annually thereafter.

Empire State Development must compile all submitted programs into a comprehensive list and publish it on their website in a clear and conspicuous location within 270 days of the law's effective date and annually thereafter.

The law takes effect immediately upon enactment.
