Creates a not-for-profit corporation called the "Davis Park Fire Department Benevolent Association" to serve volunteer firefighters of the Davis Park Fire Department, Inc. in Suffolk County.

Membership eligibility includes active or former volunteer members of the Davis Park Fire Department who have acquired exempt volunteer firefighter status, excluding those removed for cause or paid firefighters.

Establishes purposes including providing relief and aid to disabled or injured volunteer members and their families, maintaining headquarters, promoting member welfare, and supporting social and recreational activities.

Creates a board of trustees consisting of at least seven members (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, and three trustees) to control and manage corporation funds and property.

Authorizes the corporation to collect fire insurance premium taxes under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105, with funds used only for purposes specified in the act; tax collection provisions effective January 1, 2021.
