Amends the Town Law to authorize the towns of Mina and French Creek in Chautauqua County to consolidate their town justice positions into a single elected position.

Requires that both towns have completed a study, adopted joint resolutions, and conducted public hearings on the consolidation plan prior to implementation.

Abolishes existing separate town justice positions in both Mina and French Creek.

Single town justice elected under this plan will preside in the town courts of both towns beginning after the next general election and serve the standard elected term.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
