Creates a new misdemeanor offense for anyone who intentionally places multiple calls or sends multiple messages by phone, text, email, fax, or electronic application to interfere with an election.

Prohibits electronic communications that obstruct or prevent the reporting of poll results by polling places to local or state boards of elections.

Prohibits electronic communications that interfere with political or party organizations' ability to place calls or send messages encouraging people to vote.

Prohibits electronic communications that interfere with political or party organizations' ability to arrange transportation for voters to or from polling places.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
