Amends the Family Court Act, Criminal Procedure Law, and Domestic Relations Law to add prohibitions on remotely controlling connected devices in orders of protection.

Defines "connected device" as any device or physical object capable of connecting to the internet directly or indirectly and assigned an internet protocol address or Bluetooth address.

Applies the remote control prohibition across multiple order of protection contexts including family offenses, domestic violence, and child-related proceedings in Family Court and criminal court.

Allows courts to include conditions in orders of protection that prevent respondents from remotely controlling devices affecting the protected person's home, vehicle, or property.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
