Requires six-month calibration checks of weigh-in-motion systems per ASTM E1318-09 standards and establishes data protection measures restricting use of captured images to violation adjudication, with destruction required after case resolution or one year, whichever is later.

Mandates NYC Department of Transportation to post annual reports beginning June 1, 2022 detailing system locations, violations recorded, notices issued, fines collected, and infrastructure repair costs for the route.

Includes 90-day warning period before penalty notices issued and provides stolen vehicle defense; program expires three years after first notice of liability issued unless extended by legislation.
