Allows the New York State Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority to issue a retail license for on-premises consumption at a location within 200 feet of a church, synagogue, or other place of worship, notwithstanding existing restrictions.

The exemption applies only to food or beverage retail premises located entirely within Brooklyn, specifically at 33 Lafayette Avenue, Brooklyn (Block 2108, Lot 19 on the Tax Map of Kings County).

The premises is described with detailed property boundaries beginning at the northerly side of Lafayette Avenue, 43 feet west of St. Felix Street, extending approximately 100 feet north and 21 feet 6 inches in width.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
