Increases the board of trustees of the Volunteer and Exempt Fireman's Benevolent Association from nine to eleven members, expanding trustee positions from four to six representatives of Massapequa Fire Department companies.

Updates insurance law references in Section 632.6 from outdated citation numbers (553 and 554) to current numbers (9104 and 9105) regarding foreign fire insurance premium taxes.

Expands the allowable use of collected insurance taxes from solely "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt firemen and their families" to broader uses "in furtherance of its purposes as set forth in section 632.2" of the act.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
