Reduces Watertown city court from two full-time judges to one full-time judge and one part-time judge.

Changes the part-time Watertown city court judge salary from existing rates to $27,200 annually, while maintaining the full-time judge salary at $108,800.

Allows any person serving as an acting full-time judge in Watertown at the time of enactment to continue serving in the replacement part-time position for the remainder of their current term.

Protects judges from salary reductions by requiring that any judge whose compensation decreases receive their prior higher compensation for the duration of their service.

Takes effect on April 1st following the date the bill becomes law.
