Amends Section 1262-h of the Tax Law to modify the allocation of net collections from the additional one percent sales and compensating use tax in Steuben County.

For the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2023, increases annual distributions to the city of Hornell from $780,000 to $820,000 and to the city of Corning from $780,000 to $820,000.

Increases annual distributions to towns and villages in Steuben County from $750,000 to $790,000 for the same December 2020 through November 2023 period, distributed based on the ratio of each town or village's real property valuation.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
