Allows health care professionals licensed in other states or territories to practice in New York without New York licensure if appointed by World Triathlon Corporation for sanctioned events.

Eligible professions include physicians, physician's assistants, massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, nurses, nurse practitioners, emergency medical technicians, podiatrists, and athletic trainers.

Licensed professionals must be in good standing in their home jurisdiction and may provide services to athletes and team personnel four days before through one day after each sanctioned event.

Applies to Ironman Lake Placid and Ironman 70.3 Lake Placid events.

Act takes effect immediately and expires December 31, 2020.
