Authorizes the Town of Ramapo assessor to accept a late application from Hamaspik of Rockland County, Inc. for real property tax exemption under section 420-a of the real property tax law for the 2017 assessment roll

Applies to parcel located at 26 Tenure Avenue in the Town of Ramapo (tax map section 857.45, block 1, lot 20)

Directs the assessor to review the application as if it had been timely filed by the taxable status date, subject to Town Board of Ramapo approval

Permits the assessor to grant the exemption from all taxation and correct the assessment roll if the organization qualifies

Authorizes the town's governing body or tax department to refund any taxes paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens related to the subject property
