Amends Public Health Law Section 2168 to require the department to provide schools with batch download capability for immunization records of students under their administrative responsibility.

Expands school access to the statewide immunization database for verifying immunization status for admission eligibility and confirming lead screening for students enrolling in child care, pre-school, or kindergarten.

Requires the department to provide educational materials to parents or legal guardians of students with elevated blood lead levels, including information on health risks and available assistance programs.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
