Authorizes the Town of Ramapo assessor to accept a late application from Hamaspik of Rockland County, Inc. for real property tax exemption under section 420-a of the Real Property Tax Law for the 2017 assessment roll.

Applies exemption to parcel at 324 Route 59 in Town of Ramapo (tax map section 57.45, block 1, lot 5), treating the late application as if filed by the original taxable status date.

Allows the assessor, with Town Board of Ramapo approval, to grant full tax exemption and make corrections to the 2017 assessment roll if the organization qualifies.

Permits the Town Board or tax department to refund any taxes already paid on this property and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, interest, or tax liens at its discretion.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
