Amends Social Services Law to require the Commissioner of Social Services to submit an annual report to the Governor, Legislature, and relevant committees on services provided to human trafficking survivors, beginning one year after the law's effective date.

Report must include the number of human trafficking referrals to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance and the number of confirmed cases.

Report must document the number of survivors who received housing and/or services with specifics on service types, and the number denied services including reasons (lack of availability or unconfirmed cases).

Report must detail current contracts for housing and services for trafficking survivors with funding levels, terminated or non-renewed contracts with reasons, types of services available by geographic location, and other relevant information deemed appropriate by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law.
