Adds new section 6502-a to Education Law requiring healthcare professionals (except those licensed under Article 131) to provide information and documentation to the Department of Education upon license renewal as a condition of renewal.

Requires collected information to include location and type of practice setting and other relevant data necessary for the Department of Health to evaluate access to needed services in the state.

Mandates the Department of Health make collected data available in aggregate, de-identified form on a publicly accessible website in consultation with the Department of Education.

Allows the Department of Education to determine varying compliance dates by profession to allow program development and provide adequate notice to affected professionals.

Repeals paragraph (e) of subdivision 3 of section 6902 of Education Law and takes effect immediately, conditioned on appropriation for implementation.
