Public utility corporations and service providers with gross annual operating revenue exceeding $1 million must file annual compensation statements with the Department of Public Service by October 31st each year.

Statements must disclose names, titles, duties, and compensation of all executive officers (president, secretary, treasurer, vice presidents of principal business units, and policy-making officers).

Statements must also disclose names, titles, duties, and compensation of all other employees earning $125,000 or more annually.

Statements must identify the proportion of disclosed compensation paid directly or indirectly by ratepayers.

Utilities must provide compensation statements for the six years preceding the law's effective date, and all statements must be made publicly available on the Department's website.
