Requires sound permit applications be submitted 72 hours in advance in a form prescribed by the municipality.

First violation results in a written warning; second violation incurs a $500 civil penalty; third violation incurs a $1,000 penalty; each subsequent violation adds an additional $1,000 to the penalty amount.
