State Board of Elections must review the Social Security Administration Death Master File annually before July 1st of each year to identify deceased voters.

Local boards of elections shall remove names of all deceased voters from registration rolls by July 30th of each year based on the state board's notification.

Individuals who claim their name was erroneously removed may cast an affidavit ballot in the same manner as inactive voters.

If an error is found upon inquiry, the affidavit ballot shall be counted and the individual's name shall be reinstated on the registration roll.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
