Establishes the New York voter integrity fund in joint custody of the state comptroller and commissioner of taxation and finance to replace the campaign finance fund.

Fund receives revenues from the abandoned property fund, general fund, and private contributions to support board of elections expenses including personal protective equipment, poll worker wages, postage for absentee ballots, ballot envelopes, and ballot applications.

State comptroller must pay any deficiency in the fund from the general fund within four working days after the board of elections submits certified vouchers.

Directs the comptroller to transfer requested amounts from remaining available monies in the abandoned property fund to the voter integrity fund based on state board of elections certification.

Repeals section 92-t of state finance law establishing the campaign finance fund and takes effect immediately.
