Establishes a limited permit for chiropractor applicants who meet all eligibility and admission requirements for the Part III clinical competence licensing examination.

Requires all chiropractic practice under a limited permit to occur under supervision of a licensed chiropractor or other licensed medical provider in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, public health agencies, schools, or licensed chiropractor offices.

Limits permits to one-year validity with potential renewal for justifiable cause, but prohibits total practice under limited permit for more than two years.

Allows on-site supervision by a licensed chiropractor rather than requiring direct personal supervision.

Sets permit and renewal fees at $50 each.
