Authorizes the town of Islip assessor to accept a late real property tax exemption application from Mercy Haven, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, for the 2017-2018 assessment roll.

Covers three parcels located at 56, 58, and 60 Adams Road in Central Islip with specific district, section, block, and lot designations.

Permits application for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 assessment rolls for the parcel at 56 Adams Road (lot 039.001).

Requires the assessor to review the application as if filed by the taxable status date and, upon town board approval, may grant exemption and correct the assessment rolls if the organization otherwise qualifies.

Authorizes the town board to refund taxes paid and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest in its sole discretion.
