Amends Correction Law Section 168-b to require sex offenders to disclose "authorized internet entities" in addition to internet accounts and internet identifiers during registration.

Modifies Correction Law Section 168-f to require sex offenders to register changes to "authorized internet entities" within ten calendar days, consistent with requirements for address and employment changes.

Takes effect ninety days after becoming law, with rules and regulations for implementation authorized to be adopted immediately.
