Authorizes the attorney general or any person adversely affected to bring a civil action against violators of unlawful selling practices involving unordered goods.

Allows recovery of either actual damages or up to $500 per instance of goods, wares, or merchandise sent in violation of the prohibition on unlawful selling practices, whichever is greater.

Permits courts to award costs of action and reasonable attorney's fees to a prevailing plaintiff in civil actions brought under this provision.

Preserves all other existing rights and remedies available to the attorney general and other authorized parties under law.

Takes effect immediately and applies to all selling practices pertaining to unordered goods.
