Creates a women veterans advisory committee consisting of eight members appointed by the Governor (2), temporary President of the Senate (2), Speaker of the Assembly (2), Senate minority leader (1), and Assembly minority leader (1)

Requires all committee members to be women veterans with honorable discharge or qualifying condition status, with consideration given to geographical balance, cultural diversity, and activity level in the veteran community

Committee members serve four-year terms without compensation, except state officers/employees may receive regular compensation and all members receive per diem and travel expenses

Committee shall meet at least four times per year and must submit annual reports by February 15th detailing demographics, unique needs, and recommendations for supporting women veterans

Committee responsibilities include locating and educating women veterans, identifying their unique needs, conducting outreach events, educating women veterans about benefits, making annual recommendations to state officials, and advocating for women veteran-specific programs and policies
