Authorizes licensed pharmacists to administer immunizations and vaccines listed in the CDC's recommended adult immunization schedule to adults, and flu vaccines to children ages 2-18, pursuant to prescriptions or orders from physicians or certified nurse practitioners.

Permits pharmacists to administer medications required for emergency treatment of anaphylaxis resulting from immunizations to both adults and children.

Allows the commissioner of health to issue non-patient specific regimens statewide during disease outbreaks or imminent threats of outbreaks.

Makes permanent provisions from chapter 563 of the laws of 2008 and chapter 116 of the laws of 2012 that previously had expiration dates of July 1, 2022, by removing sunset clauses.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
