Requires the commissioner of social services to conduct a review of information regarding the homeless population in publicly funded shelters, domestic violence residential programs, and runaway and homeless youth programs during state disaster emergencies related to COVID-19.

Information to be collected includes number of confirmed infections, hospitalizations, deaths, and individual demographics (age, race, family composition, shelter type, risk factors).

For domestic violence and runaway/homeless youth programs, requires reporting on average number of infected individuals, percentage of programs with outbreaks, and percentage of residents impacted compared to program capacity.

Report must be aggregated by county where possible while maintaining confidentiality requirements; domestic violence and youth program data must be aggregated statewide.

Report must be posted on the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance website within 60 days and updated every three months during the state disaster emergency.
