Amends Executive Law Section 22 to add a new requirement to state disaster preparedness plans regarding medical supply delivery during declared disaster emergencies.

Requires arrangements to ensure medical supplies and medications can be delivered to pharmacies, hospitals, and nursing homes in areas declared to be experiencing a disaster emergency.

Renumbers existing subparagraphs 14, 15, and 16 to subparagraphs 15, 16, and 17 to accommodate the new requirement.

Takes effect thirty days after enactment into law.
