Requires individuals currently holding such accounts to delete them and report the deletion to the division within seven days of the law's effective date.

Makes failure to report existing accounts within seven days a Class A misdemeanor.

Makes failure to delete existing accounts within seven days a Class A misdemeanor.

Makes creating a new online gamer account after the law's effective date a Class A misdemeanor, with subsequent violations treated as Class E felonies.
