Requires sex offenders to register their social security number, past home addresses, IP addresses, social media accounts, and online gamer accounts with the division.

Expands the definition of "internet accounts" to specifically include all IP addresses, social media accounts, and online gamer accounts belonging to the offender.

Mandates sex offenders report changes to internet accounts, IP addresses, social media accounts, and online gamer accounts within ten calendar days, consistent with existing address change requirements.

Defines "online gamer account" as any username, identifying data, or profile allowing an individual to engage in gaming on the internet, console, gaming system, or network where multiplayer features are available.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
