Adds definitions to social services law for "nontraditional employment" (occupations where any one gender comprises less than 25% of workers) and "sustainable wage" (at least 185% of the poverty line, adjusted for regional factors).

Requires public assistance employment plans to strongly consider training for sustainable wage jobs and nontraditional employment opportunities for individuals with high school diplomas or GEDs, consistent with federal and state work participation requirements.

Modifies employability plan requirements to include education and training for sustainable wage jobs and nontraditional employment opportunities as available services for participants.

Updates employability plan development to require consideration of potential employment paying sustainable wages for individuals with high school diplomas or GEDs, while maintaining compliance with federal and state work activity participation requirements.

Takes effect 120 days after enactment and applies to employability plans made or updated on and after the effective date.
