Eliminates all asset limits when calculating public assistance benefits by removing the previous list of exempt resources and instead exempting all assets held by any household.

Removes specific dollar caps previously applied to liquid resources ($2,000-$3,000), vehicle funds ($4,650), and education savings accounts ($1,400).

Removes previous limitations on automobile value exemptions (previously $10,000-$12,000 depending on date) and other enumerated asset categories.

Takes effect immediately upon passage, with provisions set to expire when Section 131-n of the Social Services Law expires.
